We have advised businesses in connection with export control programs administered by the United States Departments of Commerce, State, and Treasury.  We have provided transaction-specific advice, developed and implemented compliance programs, and defended individuals and companies against allegations of violations.

• Advised emergency services company with regard to contracts to provide services to UN missions in Sudan.
• Conducted internal investigation for subsidiary of Fortune 500 corporation regarding possible violations of U.S. export controls, negotiating non-penalty resolution of case with United States Departments of Justice and Commerce.
